Order Processing

For already-made items, usually take us 1-2 business days to process your order. For items that are handmade to order, making times takes 1-2 weeks.All packages will be shipped via Canada Post in Canada and DHL outside of Canada. 

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. Sales taxes will be added at checkout for orders being shipped within North America. All international orders, it's important to be aware that duties, customs fees, and international taxes are not included in the listed price. And we are not responsible for these.

 

Tracking your order

After your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
