In Store Purchase

Within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange the item or return the item. Purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase.

 

Online Purchase

Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in store or by mail. Or contact us within 7 days at rebe77eca@gmail.com after you receive the order.

 

Rebe77e reserves the right to reject any returning product that does not meet our conditions or rights.

 

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. 

 

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including all final sales as well as  custom-made pieces or gift cards.

 

How to Return Products

 

Please contact us at rebe77eca@gmail.com  to return your item in order to obtain proper instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping and duties fees incurring from returning an item. Rebe77e reserves the right to reject any returning product that does not meet our conditions or rights.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.
